1. Service Description
Loans Got Easy is a loan advisory and comparison platform. We are a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) registered with partner banks and NBFCs under RBI guidelines. We do not lend money ourselves, we connect borrowers with lenders.
2. No Fee to Borrowers
Our services are free for loan applicants. We earn a commission from lenders when a loan is successfully disbursed. This commission does not affect your interest rate, lenders pay it from their own revenue.
3. Accuracy of Information
Loan rates, eligibility criteria, and product details shown on this website are indicative and change frequently. Final loan terms are determined by the lender after assessing your application. Loans Got Easy does not guarantee loan approval or any specific interest rate.
4. Eligibility & Approval
By submitting an application through our platform, you authorise Loans Got Easy to share your information with partner lenders. Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lender. We cannot guarantee approval, disbursal timeline, or loan amount.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools (including the EMI calculator), and design on loansgoteasy.com are the intellectual property of Loans Got Easy. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Loans Got Easy is not liable for any financial loss arising from loan transactions, lender decisions, or the use of information on this website. Always read your loan agreement carefully before signing.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
